You need to shop at My Sister's Closet because it will make you feel good. It's a community Thrift Boutique which offers affordable, fashion forward clothing and accessories as well as a great selection of home décor items. Currently they have 2 retail locations. One located on Commercial Drive and the other right downtown on Helmcken and Seymour. The proceeds are a practical support for women dealing with violence, both retail locations also serve as community outreach.
I stopped by the downtown store the other day a purchased a really fun red leather vintage belt, and a vintage clutch pursed covered in feathers! Ostrich feathers I believe. Everything is reasonably priced and the store is well organized. Next time you clean out your closet think about donating to a worthy cause!
