Halloween my favorite holiday! I love dressing up, the excuse to go all out and dress up as something you would never wear and be a total stranger to yourself for a night. For the last 5 years I've done a retro look because let's face it if I could live like a 1950's pin up I would. This year I wanted to be a retro nurse, but I cute authentic (not I need an excuse to dress slutty) nurse. I'm thinking it's not exciting enough....then I remembered watching Rocky Horror Picture show for the first time this past summer and absolutely falling in love with the gaudy costumes and outrageous characters so now I'm thinking I want to be Magenta! Same deal nurse to a french maid but just with a little bit more dark and mysterious. Not sure if I can convince my beastie to be Columbia....even if she gets to wear pure sequins.
